Mix Entree – Arancini; Scallops with shallots, chilli & soy; Mushroom with Provolone; Eggplant Parmigiana & Calamari Fritti
Main Course Choice of:
Potato Gnocchi with crab meat, prawns, brandy, shallots, napoletana & dash of cream
Fish fillet of the Day served with chat potatoes, fennel & green beans
Veal Involtini wrapped with prosciutto & filled with provolone & spinach served with mash & mushroom jus
Oven baked corn-fed chicken supreme wrapped with prosciutto & sage, served with sugar snap peas, mash & jus
Alternate Dessert – Crepes filled with Mascarpone; and Vanilla Pannacotta
